It is important to note as pearls are grown in a natural environment that each pearl is not identical and can slightly vary in size. Each pearl holds its own lustre and unique beauty which makes each piece so special.

Exchange & Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your piece to organise an exchange or return.

All products must be returned unused, in the original packaging. The safe return and shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer (we recommend including tracking).

Please note: Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
